Studio visits may be arranged by appointment only, as well as local pickup to our Houston area customers. Our business hours are Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm CST—please note this when awaiting a response.

SHIPPING

We currently do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight.

Please allow up 1-2 business days for all orders to ship from the time payment is received, unless otherwise noted. Free USA shipping on all orders over $100. All shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $8 with tracking. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shipped for a flat rate of $18. ALL other International orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $30. 

Customer is responsible for any/all local custom fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, thank you for your understanding.
